Transforming the Ride Quality of Excel Signs’ Ford Transit V362

Recently, our team had the pleasure of working with Excel Signs, a local signage company, fitting their Ford Transit V362 (2012-On) with a full Polybush offering.
This van is a true workhorse, regularly carrying hefty loads of signage, tools, and equipment. However, the original rubber bushes were starting to show signs of wear, including the well-known failure point, the Front Wishbone Rear bush leading to a less-than-ideal ride quality and poor handling.

The Fitting Process

Our team swapped out the front wishbone front and rear bushes, fitted new front anti-roll bar bushes, and replaced the leaf spring front and rear bushes. The entire process was straightforward, thanks to our team’s familiarity with the Transit platform and Polybush’s precisely engineered parts.
