MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. To browse our catalogue, simply hover over “Shop by vehicle” on the top left-hand side of the page, then “Car Makes” Select the brand, then your vehicle. Find any items that you wish to purchase then add them to your basket, making sure to pick a Polyurethane grade if requested. Once you have finished your selection, click “Shopping Cart” on the top righthand side of the page, continuing on to checkout. You will then be asked for some information regarding the order. Address, Card Details etc. Once complete we will be able to satisfy your order.

PRICING POLICY
We reserve the right to change prices/kit contents without notice. E&OE. Prices shown exclude VAT and delivery unless indicated.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We use Royal Mail or DPD. However, couriers and postal charges may vary and will be detailed as you complete your order.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We aim to deliver your order right away. U.K. deliveries are delivered within 2-3 Working days. EU orders are normally received in 4-7 working days. USA, Australia, Far East, South America, Eastern Europe, Canada, and the rest of the world orders are normally received in 7-10 working days.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is unavailable, we will place the item on backorder for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
TAX CHARGES
For orders made from the UK, Standard Rate VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

RETURNS POLICY
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery of your order, you can return any goods ordered from our site (at your cost), for the original price of the order, provided that the goods are returned within 14 days of telling us and are in their original, unopened packaging.
