General

Tired of endless suspension issues or your Juke, Leaf or X-trail? We’ve got the solution! We’re excited to announce the release of a new range of Polyurethane suspension bushes for several popular vehicles, addressing a long-standing issue that has plagued owners and garages alike. If you own one of the following, you’re in luck:

Tackling a Common Failure: The 12AN Bush

Juke, X-Trail, Failing OEM Bush
12AN – Replacing The Main Failure Bush on Juke, NV200 & X-Trail Etc.

One of these vehicles’ most notorious weak points is the Front Wishbone Rear Bush, fitting arms with the OEM codes 54750 BA60A 54570 BB00A, 54570 EN002 , 54501 1KK0A

The original rubber bush is prone to tearing, debonding and premature failure, leaving vehicle owners with no option but to replace the entire wishbone – only to face the same problem again shortly after.

This is where our 12AN Polyurethane Bush steps in. Designed as a direct replacement for the troublesome OEM part, it eliminates the common failure points while maintaining factory comfort and improving handling!

Why Choose Our 12AN?

  • Void-Free Design: Unlike the original rubber bush, our 12AN is free from voids, so it cannot tear or deform under load.
  • Factory Comfort: The bush is engineered to retain the comfort levels of the original, ensuring no harshness is added to your drive.
  • Enhanced Handling: By sharpening the responsiveness of the suspension, the 12AN allows your car to drive as well as it was always meant to.
  • Longevity: Made from our high-performance Polyurethane, it offers a fit-and-forget solution that outlasts rubber by 4-5 times over.Rerplc

An Accompanying Part: The 12AM Bush

12AM – Adjacent to 12AN, Replacing this bush will significantly reduce additional maintenance.

To complement the 12AN, we’ve also developed the 12AM Front Wishbone Front Bush. By replacing both bushes when removing the wishbone, you’ll complete an upgrade that eliminates the rubber’s weak points and ensures long-term reliability.

Why Rubber Falls Short

Rubber has long been the material of choice for suspension bushes in mass-produced vehicles due to its low cost and ease of manufacturing. But, it comes with significant drawbacks:

  1. Degradation: Rubber deteriorates over time due to exposure to heat, UV light, and contaminants such as oil and salt.
  2. Tearing: The voids designed into rubber bushes for comfort also make them prone to tearing under stress.
  3. Short Lifespan: Frequent replacements are often necessary, which leads to increased maintenance costs and downtime.

The Polyurethane Advantage

Our Polyurethane bushes are purpose-built to overcome these issues. Here’s why they’re the superior choice:

  • Durability: Polyurethane is highly resistant to wear, UV degradation, and chemical exposure, giving it a lifespan measured in decades rather than years.
  • Performance: Its firmer yet flexible composition improves suspension geometry and vehicle handling without compromising ride comfort.
  • Cost-Effective: While the initial investment may be higher, the long service life of Polyurethane bushes means significant savings over time.
